WALO currently ships within the United States.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options

Economy Shipping: $6.85- Estimated 5–8 business days after processing.

Standard Shipping: $9.90 - Estimated 3–4 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact waloworldwide@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
